S/L P:C:C ( 1:4:8) with 40 mm size brick ballast coarse sand & cement etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 18 SI NO 5.05 ITEM NO 275.)

Providing and laying precast RCC drain of M30 grade concrete inside forms including all materials, centering and shuttering, labour, T&P for fixing of the same. All necessary arrangement for vibration, compaction & curing etc. at yard complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Cost of reinforcement is not included here.

Shifting of segment from casting Yard to site by trailer including loading, unloading, placing and aligning the segment as per the line level. Yard must be situated upto 3-4 Kms Periphery from site.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness motor grader on prepared surface, first compacting in trenches by Small Ride-on Double Drum Vibratory Roller, Capacity: 3-4 Tonnes and then compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

S/L DLC as per MORTH Specification 601 C Item no 21.18 150 Kg cement/ cum of concrete, coarse sand as per IS 383 @ .45 cum/cum of cocrete and Crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes as per table 600.1 @ .9 cum/cum of concrete conforming to clause 602.2.6 he direction of engineer - in - charge.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm guage approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material, labour, tools & Plant etc. required for proper completion of work. As per SI No. 281

S/L PQC M-40 grade of concrete as per MORTH Specification 602 C Item no 21.19 400 Kg cement/ cum of concrete, coarse sand as per IS 383 conforming to clause 602.2.4 @ .45 cum/cum of cocrete and Crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes @ 0.90 cum/cum of concrete conforming to clause 602.2.4. Admixture @ 0.5 % of cement. The deviation of cement in design mix concrete may be paid or recover as case may be.

S/L of 125 micron polythene sheet beneath PQC

Supply & laying 80 mm thick Precase cement concrete i-shape interlocking paver block (Red color) with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200X(160+120mm) of O.P cement smoothing gloss finish,skid resistant manufacturered from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. the compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 mpa (M-30) and weight 5kg .per no. confirming to IS:15658-2006 including cost of material ,labour,t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer -in-charge .RMR

R.C.C work with cement ,approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors &windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending ,but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc .and supply of all materials,labour,tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 19 SI NO 5.16 ITEM NO 284 )

S/L Hot applied Thermo Plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thick ness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. the finished surface to be level uniform and free from streak and holes. rates all including of all taxes royality vat etc all t & p /machine material and lobour required for proper complition of work.

Road Delinator Delineator: Supply & Fixing of M S Delineator made of Mild steel with pure polyester powder coating with the minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron for protection against corrosion. The surface should be conceated so that there should not be any exposed surface without powder coating. Alternatively, these metal guide poles can be concealed with thermoplastic body. The posts shall have Ian ellipsoidal or circular design with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300 mm base which can be anchored onto the ground. Mild steel Guide Poles shall conform to Type XI sheeting specifications as per IRC:67 and ASTM D4956 which would ensure to obtainI clear visibility of the road alignment during night time. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for A certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory / Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
