Supply, fixing & eraction of built up cantilever structure 6m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M.S. Proving and fixing retro reflective signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy coated MS angle iron frame work, almunium composite panel (ACP) as base board, mirco prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film/latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one Spm. and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminium composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5 mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting of with self taping SS screws 5mm dis spaced not more than 300 mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-IV of ASTM : D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installlation and incidentals all complete as per direction fo the Engineer-in-charge.
