Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of (53 mm to 22.4 mm )sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Preparing and applying (Prime Coat) of water soluable silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC approved) with cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 and water(,1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 Kg silane : 100 Kg Cationic bitumen emulsion : 200 liter water. Take 1 Kg of silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution at the rate of 1 liter per sqm on compacted stone base. Check quality of bitumen emulsion before bulk use.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) mixed with organo silane nano technology and water in the ratio of 1.4 :100:200 (Organo Silane Nano technology: Emulsion RS1:Water) useing emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/bituminous surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (passing 100% on 22.4 mm sieve and fully retained on 11.2 mm seive ) and 11.2 mm (passing 100% on 13.2 mm sieve and fully retained on 5.6 mm seive) granite stone grits in the ratio 2:1 using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion mixed with Nano Technology based organo Silane Compound @ 0.1% by the weight of bitumen for enhansed performance and durability to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot Mix plant, laying By Mechanical Means using Paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat with nano technology based organo silane @ 0.1% by the weight of bitumen, sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510. ( By mechnical means using paver finisher )

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, From existing CC in abadi portion

Providing and laying of factory made 80 mm thick interlocking cement concrete tiles (30mpa)including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer- in Charge.

Brick edging on both sides of road in Ist class brick 8cm (3") Cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with three wheel road roller 80-100 kN as per Technical Specification Clause 412
