Providing and erecting CITIZEN INFORMATION BOARD consisting of composit unit of two MS plate of 1.6 mm,the top most plate and bottom plate will be a of 900X600 mm size welded over 2 vertical and 4 horizontal MS flat iron frame of 25X5 mm on back and all unit connected to square steel section of 75X75X12 SWG frame as per approved drawing and tech specification.Board will be of semi reflective sign board as per IRC:67-1977 duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour in back with yellow reflective border of 15 mm width on bottom plate and three side boarder on top plate.on top plate top 100 mm yellow heading band will be made.On white back ground required message,letters,figures with reflective engg grade tape as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD tech. sp. of required shade and colour supported and welded on 75X75X12 SWG square sheet tube of 3200 mm height duly strenghthened by 2 horizontal bars of square steel section of 75X75X12mm on top and another at 50 mm from bottom plate and 650 mm from bottom plate and 650 from GL.The board will be firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M 15 grade cement concrete of 600X600X750 mm.750 mm below ground level.The distance between bottom of top plate and top of the bottom plate must be kept 50 mm as per approved drawing and tech sp. clause 1701 (Including roaylty, labour cess and other applicable levies and all taxes complete excluding GST)
