Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

As above Item No. 12 but structural steel shall be issued by the department free of cost.

Centering and shuttering including shutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : column and beams etc. including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets etc.

Carriage, Laying, spreading and compaction of coal boulders from coal handling plant of PTPP including spreading in uniform thickness of 250mm, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tone in stages to proper grade.

Hire charges of tyre mounted JCB etc including cost of fuel along with driver/operator

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Supply & fixing Galvanized Mosquito proof heavy quality iron wire gauge with wire dia 0.63 mm over window and including supply of 2nd Class teack wood batten 62 mm x 19 mm and including making hole and supply and fixing of necessary screws, all material , labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position: Sal wood.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top bottom and sides with required PVC /neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately).Anodized aluminum (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness.

Cleaning of jungle by cutting grass vegetations, bushes above ground level including removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 M out side the periphery of area cleaned.

Cleaning of jungle including uprooting of rank, vegetation grass, bush, wood trees and sapling of girth up to 30 cm. measured at a height of 1.0 M above G.L. and removal of rubbish up to distance of 50 M. out site the periphery of area cleared.

Cartage of grass/malwa by tractor trally upto a distance of 1 km from periphery of area cleared, including cost of all labour, T&P etc. such as loading unloading & cartage, tractor trally, driver, fuel required for proper completion of work.
