Re- Rubberlining/Fabrication work of DM plant WTP DTPS

Rubber lining work in Anion bed exchanger, Cation bed exchanger, mix bed exchanger, Degasser Tanks & towers of 'D' TPS D.M. plant by super quality of Neoprene rubber by two plies of each 2.5mm thickness total thickness 5.0+0.5 mm capable to with stand and retain their original conditions in media of following parameter: -PH -1 to 14, pressure-0 to 8 Kg/cm2 temp.-up to 500 C Concentration of Acid- 35% Alkali Concentration -50%.

(a) Rubber lining work in HCL ( Acid) storage tank, HCL measuring alkali storage and alkali measuring tank,Priming tankN-Pit, Hot water Tank, Alkali Filter Tank, WTP, 'D' TPS by super quality of natural rubber by two ply of each 2.5mm thickness, total thickness 5+0.5mm and capable to withstand in fluid of parameter:- PH -1 to 14, pressure-0 to 8 Kg/cm2 temp.-up to 500 C Concentration of Acid- 35% Alkali Concentration -50% OR (b) Rubber line works in new/old pipe line including their fabrication work of required size including flange etc. of N.B 25. 40,50 65,,80,100,125,150,, mm Ø of pipe line/old pipe line after removing old and damaged rubber lining of surface of old and damaged rubber lining of surface of old pipe by super quality of two ply of natural rubber each of thickness 1.5 mm total thickness 3+0.5 mm and capable to with stand following parameter. PH -1 to 14, pressure-0 to 8 Kg/cm2 temp.-up to 500 C Concentration of Acid- 35% Alkali Concentration -50% .
