SPECIFICATION OF 50 KG DCP TROLLEY MOUNTED FIRE EXTINGUISHER#1. Trolley mounted DCP fire extinguisher IS: 16018:2012 (Reaffirmed 2018) 50 kg capacity having ABC powder (as per IS- 14609-1999) with gun metal cap.#2. Extinguishing Media- ABC powder (as per - 14609-1999)#3. Propellant- CO2 cylinder conforming to IS-7285 (cap. 2Kg) as expellant media. #4. Effective discharge - 85% -100%#5. Pressure requirements-# - Test Pressure (Pt)- 1.43 x P ms but not less than 2 Mpa (20bar )#- Burst Pressure (Pb)-2.7 x P ms ot less than 5.5 Mpa (55bar)#6. Copper Tubing or High Pressure Hose - Copper tubing shall conform to bursting pressure of 275 kgf/cm2 or wire braided high pressure hose as per IS 14933:2001.'#7. SPECIFICATION OF CO2 EXTINGUISHERS 4.5 KG CAPACITY: ##1. ISI marked CO2extinguisher 4.5 Kg capacity shall conform to IS 15683:2006 & 2018#2. CO2 used in the extinguisher shall conform to IS 15222.#3. The maximum filling density shall not exceed 0.75Kg/L.#4 l be capable of operating reliably with the temperature ranges specified by IS 15683-2006.#5. Minimum effective discharge time and bulk release of discharge shall comply with IS 15683-2006. #6. Shall have a mechanical resistance complying with IS 15683-200 .
