The bidder is expected to have prior work experience in similar nature of work, with specific requirements. The bidder should have completed at least three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost. Alternatively, the bidder can have two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the tendered cost, or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the tendered cost in construction work of similar nature during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, ending on the previous day of the last day of submission of bids, as a prime contractor, satisfying either of the following: * Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost. * Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the tendered cost. * One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost. Furthermore, one completed work of similar nature, either part of the above or a separate one, should have a cost not less than 25% of the tendered cost, with some Central Government, State Government, Department, Central/State Autonomous Body, or State Public Sector Undertaking. The bidder is required to provide the gross amount claimed and amount awarded by the Arbitrator in FORM 'C'.
