The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 0.96 Crores (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 1.44 Crores (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 1.92 Crores (80% of estimated cost) The bidder's prior work experience is also evaluated based on their performance report, which includes quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior, with scores ranging from 0 to 40 marks for quality of work, and a requirement of 50% marks for each category and 60% marks in aggregate to be eligible for shortlisting. The bidder needs to provide information on existing commitments and on-going works, including the value of contracts, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed. The bidder also needs to provide information on works for which bids have already been submitted, including the estimated value of works and stipulated period of completion. The bidder's experience in similar works is assigned a value of 20 marks. The experience is evaluated based on the following criteria: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between 60% and 100% - on pro-rata basis. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs 96.15 Lakh on civil/electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should have average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder needs to fill up the form "DETAILS OF ALL WORKS OF SIMILAR NATURE COMPLETED DURING THE LAST SEVEN YEARS" which includes details such as name and address of bidder, name of work/project and location, owner of sponsoring organization, contract number, cost of work, date of commencement, and stipulated time of completion. The performance report of works referred to in Form "C" is to be provided in Form "D", which includes details such as the type of structure, number of similar works completed, and the gross amount claimed and amount awarded by the Arbitrator.
