The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.44 Crores (40% of estimated cost) - OR - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 2.16 Crores (60% of estimated cost) - OR - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs. 2.88 Crores (80% of estimated cost) For Internal and External EI, Street Lights, the bidder should be a registered contractor with a valid Electrical Contract License. For CCTV System, the bidder should have completed one similar work costing not less than 80% of the component's cost, or two similar works costing each not less than 60% of the component's cost, or three similar works costing each not less than 40% of the component's cost. Additionally, for building works, the number of storeys is considered to define similar work, with specific requirements for different storey ranges: - Up to four storey buildings: No binding - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of Five storeys or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to five storeys - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Eight storeys or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to eight storeys - More than fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Ten storeys or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to ten storeys The bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one Agreement. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of 144.07 Lakh on Civil/Electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024. The bidding capacity shall be worked out by the formula: Bidding Capacity = {[AxNxM]-B}, where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, M is 2.0, and B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next period. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
