The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific financial values. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 393.78 Lakh (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 590.66 Lakh (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 787.55 Lakh (80% of estimated cost) Additionally, for the component of CCTV System, the bidder should have completed: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, - Or two similar works costing each not less than 60% of the cost of the component, - Or three similar works costing each not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The bidder should also have completed similar works with a financial value of not less than 80% of one work, or two works each of not less than 60%, or three works each of not less than 40%. The similar work refers to Supply and Fixing of Fire Check Door with 1 or 2 Hr rating as per directions of Fire Authority. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years, with a definition of similar work being a minimum of one building of minimum five storeys with MEP work. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last financial year.
