The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works, such as Supply and Fixing of Fire Check Door 1 or 2 Hr rating, during the last seven years. The bidder should have completed works with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two works each of not less than 60%, or three works each of not less than 40%. For the component of CCTV System, the bidder should have completed one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, or two similar completed works costing each of not less than 60% of the cost of the component, or three similar completed works costing each of not less than 40% of the cost of the component. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of 30% of the estimated cost on Civil/Electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have had average annual financial turn over (gross) of Rs. 295.44 Lakh on construction works during the last Three Consecutive years ending 31st March 2024, with an average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract and submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of contract value of work during implementation. The value of completed works should be brought to current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 30% of the average annual financial turnover, and the amount equivalent to 40% rounded to Rs 10 Lakhs. The bidder should furnish information regarding prior work experience, including a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years and a Performance Report of Similar works. For Internal and External EI, Street Lights, the bidder should be a UPRNNL registered contractor with a valid Electrical Contract License and have experience in providing Internal and External EI work.
