False ceiling work

The Ceiling suspension system shall be exposed Lay-in system to fit 600mm x 600mm ceiling module. Cell size will be 100 mm x 100 mm. It shall be suspended to the soffit by 4mm diameter adjustable quick fit hanger rod system. Main tee shall be 32mm height exposed portion (Polyester coated) shall be 15mm. Cross tees shall be 26 mm height and exposed portion is 15mm.All system components are made of roll formed hot dipped galvanized steel of 0.30mm thickness with zinc coated of 120gsm/m2 and a minimum tensile strength of 240 mpa. Wall angle shall be 15mm height and exposed portion shall be 15mm made of 0.40mm thick pre coated coil. Both ends of main tee have integral splices which can be enjoyed firmly be inserting a tab on the one end of one section into slot in the adjoining section. Open cell ceiling system is consisting of GI 0.35 mm thickness with 60 microns powder coating of polyester paint. Main and cross runners of open cell interlock with each other and comes in dimension of 595 mm x 595 mm, which lay-in the frame of 15 mm tee grid .

Baffle ceiling system comprises of 50 mm x 100 mm (50 mm width & 100 mm Height) U Shape panels. Panels shall be made of 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel with polyester powder coating Of 60 microns and length up to 3600 mm. Panel shall be high corrosion resistance and good color stability. Centre to Centre panel gap will be 150 mm. Panels are fixed on to roll formed carriers 32 mm wide x 42 mm deep out of 0.50 mm G.I sheet powder coated with cutouts to hold the panels in module of 50 mm at maximum 1200 m c/c. Carriers are suspended from the roof or truss by 4 mm dia. galvanized steel wire rod hanger with special height adjustment suspension clip at max. 1200 mm c/c. Hangers are fixed to the roof by hooks or ceiling brackets and nylon inserts. Panels are factory cut in lengths up to maximum 3.6 m to suit site dimensions or shop drawings. Top cap and side cap are used to cover the edges of the panels.
