Supplying, installation, testing and comissioning of Gas fuel type steam Generator of steam out put capacity of 400 kg/hr including burner with 150 watt motor (make ABB, Crompton , Kirlosler ) genrating steam pressure 5 to 15 kg/cm2 g . The unit shall have resiprocating 3 piston type water feed pump set with motor capacity of 1.5 HP (make ABB, Crompton , Kirlosler ), the unit shall be fitted with digital temprature controller upto 400 degree celcius with High pressure switch KP 36 grade along j type pressure gauges of size 0 to 10 kg PT100 . All arrangement complete with required ball Valves 1inch to 1/2inch size. the unit shall have efficiency (NCV) of 85% +/- 2% .connection by supply and fixing AC 3 phase electrical 4 core cable for power along with supply and fixing condiuts / lugs and other accessories as required . the unit shall have full automatic electric Startar panel make (schneider electric , siemens).

Supplying, installation, testing and comissioning of Gas bank With regulators fitted with PRV (Pressure regulating Valve ) of 25mm with Pressure gauges supplying 6 connection fitted with NRV of size 25mm . the unit shall have connection 25 mm dia pipe of MS C-class (IS 1239 Part 1) , with MS C-class 25 mm dia socket and MS C-class 12 mm dia Tee and Hex Nipples all arrangement complete with required and High pressure flexible hose shall withstand a test presurre of 3.5 kg f/cm2 . flexible hose shall be keptas short as possible and should not exceed 2m in length. the supply to the bunner from valve shall be provided by Synthetic Rubber pipe ISI mark .

Supplying, installation, testing and comissioning of Water Softer plant of capacity 100 liters resin volume made up of Fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) having flow rate of 1200 LPH .Plant shall be provided with 1 HP , motor with feeder pump 2800 RPM (make ABB, Crompton , Kirlosler ). Required water parameter shall be pH value (@ 25 degree C) 7 PPM or below necessary for steam genreator vessel . plant shall be supplied and fixind with cable, switches, indicating lamp, fuses electrical pannel etc all required for operation of softner plant (Make:,Ion Exchange or equivalant)
