The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to works of similar nature completed during the last seven years. The bidder should have experience of similar class of works completed, and in case the work involves two or more basements, the bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one Agreement. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of the cost of this job in tender (for three similar works) - 50% of the cost of this job in tender (for two similar works) - 80% of the cost of this job in tender (for one similar work) For specialized works, the criteria are as follows: - Pile work: three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. - Aluminum work: three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. - Steel Structure Work (MS truss work): three similar works each costing not less than a certain percentage (not specified) of the cost of this job in tender. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed works as per the following criteria during the last seven years: - For Pile work, Aluminum work, Steel Structure Work, Metallic Roofing work, and Water proofing work, the bidder should have completed three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. The bidder should have had an average annual financial turn over (gross) of a minimum of 30% of the tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets. For technical competence, the bidder should have completed similar works such as more than fifteen storey buildings, minimum one building of Ten storeys, or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys. Each basement, stilt constructed in the building shall be considered as a storey. The bidder should provide details of all works of a similar nature completed during the last seven years, including the cost of work, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, and actual date of completion. The bidder should also provide a performance report of works, including the quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior.
