Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Lintel As in item 6 above but for slabs

As in item 5 but for the lighter beams i.e. having spans upto 6 m.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) :Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing.50 mm thick

Providing and fixing stainless steel cramps of required size and shape for anchoring stone wall lining to the backing or securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases in stone and holes in walls wherever required.

Providing and fixing copper pins 7.5 cm long 6 mm diameter for securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in anover all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. (D.S.R.- 5.22.6)

40 mm thick rubbed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints 3 mm thick, side buttered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar.Red sand stone (D.S.R. 11.29.1)

Providing & Laying of interlocking tile of thickness 80 mm with PCC (1:4:8) with cement & coarse sand with 40 mm gauge stone ballast including 4 cm thick fine sand cushion and 3 cm th.local sand filling over entire surface of interlocking and gaps and corner filled with (1:3) cement mortar. including levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand including the cost of all labour T&P etc
