The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific cost values. For Steel Structure Work (MS truss work), the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. The same requirements apply to Metallic Roofing work and Water proofing work. The bidder should provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years, including the name of the work/project, location, owner of the sponsoring organization, cost of the work, dates of commencement and completion, and any pending litigation/arbitration cases. The bidder should also provide a performance report of the works, including the scope of work, agreement number, estimated cost, tendered cost, actual completion cost, dates of start and completion, and any amount of compensation levied for delayed completion. The cost values mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the cost of the job in tender. Additionally, the bidder should have had average annual financial turn over (gross) of minimum 30% of tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets duly audited by Chartered Accountant. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The bidder's performance for each work completed in the last Seven years and in hand should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent.
