Painting two coat over priming coat (but including cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces up to 10 cm. width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10sqm in area white superior synthetic enamel such as LUXOL3,Hi-gloss apcolite superlac, DULUX specified brushing to give an even shade and including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stoping including cost of all materials, labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Same as item no. 4 above but for wooden painting.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). Ground floor

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floors.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surroundings of pipes and conduits etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313 (Part II 1981) Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or chlordance will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shallbe as follows : (1)Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contract with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm (3) Treament of joint of walls and the floors 7.5 liters per sqm (4) Treatment of top surface of plinth. filling 5 litres per sqm (5)Treatment of soil along externalperimeter of building 7.5 liters/sqm. (6) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimter 5 liters/ sqm.

Class 150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.c.c. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") guage approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3,(1cement:1.5corse sand 3 grit) in beam and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20.

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modifiedprefabricated five layer 2 mm thick water proofing membrane, blackfinished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumenprimer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the samemembrance manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ litre andviscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membraneshall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., andpreparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical 2mm (for corrugated roof sheets)

First class/ Class 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus mortar in super-structure including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in wall thickness 12 cms & below..including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in anover all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

Fabrication of angle iron of 65X65X8 mm.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Painting or varnishing new iron work in smallareas or new wood with two coat (up to one sq, meter) of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint (2nd quality synthetic cnamel paint of approved brand such as British paintShalimar, Asian or equivalent supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should contim the LSI No. 103-1950

Finishing walls (Two coats) with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm curing, cost of all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work
