ELECTRICAL WORK

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit ,with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. One light point with 5 Amp. switch. Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following size FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit comp. as required. 2x1.5 sq mm +1x1.5 sqmm earth wire.

FIRE FIGHTING & ALARM WORK

Providing, laying, testing & Commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe confirming to IS 1239/3589 i/c fitting like elbows,tee, flanges,tapers, nut bolts, gaskets etc. in ground including welding, excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as support, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes complete as required. 150 mm dia

Supplying & fixing of Fire brigade connection of cast iron body with gun metal male instantaneous inlet coupling complete with cap and chain as required. for suitable dia MS pipe connection conforming to IS 904 as required: 2 way-100 mm dia M.S. Pipe

EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT WORK

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 60 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold twisted bars

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.
