The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar class of works completed. The bidder should have completed similar work(s) with a value of not less than 40% of the tendered cost. For specific works, the required experience is as follows: - Pile work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job. - Aluminum work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job. - Steel Structure Work (MS truss work): Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job. - Metallic Roofing work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job. - Water proofing work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 40% of the cost of this job - 50% of the cost of this job - 80% of the cost of this job - Three similar works - Two similar works - One similar work These requirements are to be completed during the last seven years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of the tender.
