Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm Gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Foundation & raft, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Class-150 HALF brick work in 1:4 cement and COARSE sand mortar in SUPER STRUCTURE including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants, etc. Required for proper completetion of the work.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping and hooks.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing (brick coba) treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.

12 mm cement plaster on smooth side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) In plinth.

Add for plaster groove 12mm wide & 8mm deep in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

Distempering (two coat) with Dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N Shalimar, Asian Paints after thoroughly brushing the sufface free from mortar dropping and other forein matter and also including prepairing the surface even with Plaster of Paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all material

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting two coats over priming coat on wood surfaces up to 10 cm width or sq,mt in areas with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol-3 Hi-gloss apcolite superlac, Dulux specified finishing to give an even shade & incl. cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust & other foreighn matter sand preparing and knotting incl. cost of all etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing 150 mm bright finished floor brass door stopper with rubber cushion, necessary brass screws etc. to suit shutter thickness complete.

Providing and fixing SS sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : 250x16 mm.

Providing and fixing SS tower bolts ISI marked anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm.

Providing and fixing SS handles ISI marked anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :125 mm.

Supply and fixing of flush Doors commercial quality conforming to I.S. 2202 Part 1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges bolts locks handles springs fitting with necessary screws to be supplied 35 mm thick single leaves

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Casement cum fixed panel window having both end single casement panel, middle fixed panels and at top completely fixed ventilator with S.S friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9) made of (big series) frame 67 x 60 mm , sash 67 x 80 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 3.00 sqm upto 5.00 sqm).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm (Flooring & Skirting )

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick (Granite) gang saw cut, mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanitycounters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Area of slab over 0.50 sqm [IN FLOORING & Skirting]

Supply & fixing of Kota stone in flooring 25 mm thick and joint filled with 1:2 cement and coarse sand with approved colouring materials to be given an even shade with 12 mm base coat (bedding) of 1:2 cement & coarse sand mortar and polished by hand or machine and finally finished with french manson polish or other approved polish including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 12-20mm nominal size laid in one layer neat cement (25 mm thick floor).
