Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not excluding 8km from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floors.

Making apron(with Drain & other )analysis

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313 (PartII 1981) Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows : (1) Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqm (4)Treatment junction of wall and the floor 7.5 liters /sqm (5) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 5 liters/sqm (6) Treatment of soil apron along external perimeter 5 liter per SQM.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc reqiored for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Mild steel or iron work of small sizes and sections such and holding down bolts, hold fast tierods,gratings etc. ( when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required from including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required for and welding, grinding and making holes as required completion of work fabrication of holes doors, chaukhats nosing. Fabrication of hold fast for door chaukhats and windows.

15 mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement & course sand on outer wall below Ground level & inner wall below plinth level in 15 cm width.

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on FAIR side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 C. sand

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 C. sand

Making groove 10x12 mm widex 8 mm deep in plaster of the wall or in ceilling vertically or horizontally as required.

Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

25 mm thick Cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. Graded approved stone ballast laid in planels finished with 3mm (1/8") floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified over and including 8 cm. (3") local sand and brick ballast 4 cm. gause in proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any giving then a uniform finish,including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. But without base concrete.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete..

20 mm cement plaster in two coat, backing coat 17 mm finishin coat 3 mm thick for neat cement of cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angle not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth 1 cement : 3 coarse sand

Painting two coat over priming coat on steel and other metal surfaces up to 10 cm. width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10sqm in area white superior synthetic enamel such as LUXOL3,Hi-gloss apcolite superlac, DULUX specified brushing to give an even shade and including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stoping including cost of all materials, labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand & manufacture such as Berger,J&N, Shalimar Asian paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matters & also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material &sand papered smooth including cost of all materials.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :4.0 mm thick glass panes

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.
