15 mm cement plaster on plinth side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313(PartII 1981) Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows : (1)Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqm (4) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.5 liters/sqm. (5) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimter 5 liters/sqm.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size).

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Class-150 brick work/Flyash brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 coarseness modulus mortar in super-structure. Above plinth level up to floor two level (up to two storey) including necessary cutting and molding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in thickness of wall more than 12cms. Providing & Fixing M.S. Angles 40x40x5mm for diagonal braces in position.

Mild steel or iron work of small sizes and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fasts, tie, rods, grating etc. ( when not included in an over all rates ) wrought to required form, including supply of steel bolts,nuts and wastage etc and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. Fabrication of Z section fixed / Open able steel windows including necessary steel fitting such as handles stay etc.

Providing & laying "brick Coba" 12mm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap of 15mm to each other, over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with acrylic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top mashed false square 30 cm x 30 cm and side wall parapet shall be mono lythic plaster wall upto 30cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand masonry coba with top finished plaster mixed with acetic water proofing compound @ 2% by weight & including S/o all material, labour T & P etc complete for proper completion of work.

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1)1 cement : 6 Coarse sand (2.25FM)

12mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 coarse sand (2.25FM)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Engraving lines in the plaster of outer face wall vertically and horizontally to display the surface as stone facing as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including labour & T& P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Add for extra labour to all items of plaster.

Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.
