The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type digital metering system for phase to phase voltage and single phase voltage, current and other parameters (KVA, P.F, KW etc) in each phase with touch type selector switches for different readings, instrument fuses, current transformer etc. The panel board shall have suitable capacity electrolytic aluminium busbars as per IS8623 or above istulated with heat shrink sleeving and mounted on non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/BMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. The MCCB’s shall be complete with suitable cable end boxes, compression glands and indicating lamp on incoming etc. The Job includes the grounting of the board as per directions of Engineer-in charge. All out goings of 100 Amp and above shall have an Ammeter. The panel board shall be fabricated with CRCA sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6 mm/2 mm. Cubicle type switch board shall be of cat A & B only. The minimum clearances between bus bars shall be as follows : Phase to phase - minimum 20mm Phase to neutral-minimum 15mm CUBICAL PANEL BOARD ( MCCB TYPE ) SUB PANEL-1 (IN SUBSTATION) Incoming : one (1) No.250Amp. MCCB-1No. Metering : One (1) No. (0-500V) 96 x 96 Sqmm voltmeter with control fuse & selector switch. One (1) No. (0-250A) 96 x 96 Sqmm CT operated Ammeter with selector switch, CTs etc. One (1) Set of Phase Indication Lamp. Bus Bar : One (1) No.200 A, TPN aluminimum bus bar of suitable length.Outgoing : Phase indication lamps on each outgoing to be provided.,63 Amp. 4P MCB- 2 No. ,32 Amp. SP MCB-2 No. ,OR outgoing as per site requirment.
