R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm Gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3stone ballast) in colums, rcc wall excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Class-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and Coarse sand mortar in SUPERSTRUCTURE including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants, etc. Required for proper completetion of the work

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing wall with (two coat) water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, Durrocem, fobiacem, guttucem, supercem quality and of required shade on undecorated wall surface over including one coat white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.

M.S. or iron work of heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates, record racks, roof work, Gates etc. including rivetting or welding where necessary. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Painting two coats over priming coat on steel & other metal surfaces up to 10 cm width or sq,mt in areas with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol-3 Hi-gloss apcolite superlac, Dulux specified finishing to give an even shade & incl. cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust & other foreighn matter sand preparing and knotting incl. cost of all etc. required for proper completion of work.

MARBLE WORK ON STEPS Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

GRC JALI Providing and fixing 30 mm thick Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) Screen at all levels & heights in approved size, pattern, design, thickness and color. The Screens should be made from ‘53 grade’White Portland Cement, Quartz, Fine Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber (Nippon Japaneas Fibre), Super Plasticizers, Polymers and U.V resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation. The material casting should take place in Synthetic Rubber / FRP Mould. The fixing of Jali should be ‘Dry fixing’ i.e. to be done with MS/SS ‘L’ shaped Clamps, dash fasteners and pins etc as per site requirment.

SIGNAGE Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil ( Loam clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30.0 m & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building & sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal surplus earth as directed by the engineer I/C within a lead of 30 m.from foundation trenches.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-incharge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat.The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).Overhead informatory road signage.

Providing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
