Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in Raft Foundation & Footing including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work above plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

M-150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

TMT FE-500 or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks.

40mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 12-20mm nominal size laid in one layer neat cement.

Providing and Laying APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non--woven polyesster matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen mebbran e @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 250c, 0.87-00.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer copat the leyer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface comlete. the vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane sall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transvers direction at 230c as 650/450N/5cm . Tear strenght in logitudinal and transvers direction as 300/250N. Softering point of members not less than 150c cold flecbillt shall be upto-220c when tested in accordance with AASTM , D 5147. the laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3mm thick.

Providing and fixing mile steel round holding down bolt with nuts & washer plate complete.

Providing & Fixing bolts including nuts washers completet.

Structral steel work riverted bolted or welded or weded in built up sections inses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing iin position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap

Providing and fixing flexible P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including PVC waste fittings complete. 32 mm dia (for wash basin)

Dismentelling old plaster or skirting raking out of joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead

15mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for exterior plasterinng upto floor two level

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of avarage thickness 2 mm of approved brand and manufacturer , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete .supply of all labour material and T&P required for proper completion of work.

finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade new work (two or more coat applied@1.67ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10 sqm) supply of all labour material and T@P required for proper completion of work

painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of requied colour to give an even shade .two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. ( Steel Work)
