Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8.00Kms. From the site of work including watering, dressing etc. labour & T &P etc. required for proper completion of work saplings of girth upto 30 ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distsnce of 50m out side the periphery of area cleared. under floor Local sand.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the coloumn pitswall tench basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external perimer of binding expansion joints,surrounding of pipes and conduits etc.complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313 (Part ll 1981) aldrine emulsifiable concrete or any other approved material such as hepthachlor or chlordance will be used.The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows:-(1) treatment for masonary & foundation 5 litres per sq.m. (2) back fill in immediate contract with foundation 7.5 litre per sq.m (3)treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters per sq.m. (4) treatment of soil along external parameter of building 7.50 lire per sq.m.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm Gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lighter beam, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.

Class-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants, etc. required for proper completetion of the work.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Mild steel or iron in plan work as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick (when not included in overall rate) wrough to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured up to floor two level

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement & coarse sand

25 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N Shalimar, Asian Paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including prepairing the surface even with Plaster of Paris or approved synthetic meterial and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanitycounters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size,approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels
