(12) Complete Evacuation of 500 MVA Transformer main tank & filling of dry air of dew point -40 degree C or better invaccuating upto 0.25KG/cm2 and then again evaccuating the transformer main tank after required time interval ( approx 12 to 24 hrs ) using centrifusing machine the work shall include connecting pipes of machines as required , measuring dew point values of dry air after every cycle till required value is achieved or as per satisfaction of competent authority .

(13) Creating vaccum in side the 500 MVA Transformer main tank up to the standard value and with standing the vaccume machine upto 24 hrs or as per satisfaction of competent authority

(14) Top Up of oil and Centrifuging / Dehydration of the Complete 500MVA ICT oil in oil tanks and filled in 500MVA ICT with due Circulation of Oil by Ultra High Vacuum Oil Filtration Plant, Un-Interrupted till the Desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved including Taking the BDV , PPM Values of Oil & IR Values and (associated works ) Periodically (every 2 hrs.) till the Required Value are Achieved (kits arranged by contractor ) or as per satisfaction of competent authority (estimated 120KL for each 500MVA ICT) .

(15) Dismantlling of old and existing C& R ( both HV and LV ) panel of 315 MVA ICT -I including removing its all terminations , earthing structures cables etc and Installation of new C& R Panel ( both HV and LV ) in place of dismantled C&R panel including its all termination alongwith necessary consumables such as cable gland , tie ferrules etc alongwith preparation of drawing in cordination with T&C wing including providing hard copy of as executed drawing to complete job satisfactorily . The work also includes shifting of dismantled C& R panels to store and new C&R panesl to Control Room .
