Inspection, Rectification and Repairing of Alstom make Substation Automation System installed at 132 KV S/S Sadat. The following works are to be included for healthy SCADA communication. (All consumable materials will be providing by contractor his won cost.) (A) Replacing the defective armoured optical fiber cable and splicing it if required anywhere in the Ring. (B) Repairing the defective industrial CPU for SCADA (C) Replacing the defective FO multimode SC-LC port patch cards. (D) Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness. (E) Rectifying/ Checking the healthiness of Ethernet switches. (F) Rectifying/ Checking the healthiness of LIUS and its communication ports. (G) Rectifying/ Checking the healthiness of and its communication ports. (H) Rectifying/ Checking communication healthiness of MOD, Bus, RTU for various MFM meters. (1) Rectifying/ Checking healthiness of GPS system and its time synchronisation with all relays. (J) Re-installation of new backup Runtime & Editor backup to SCADA. (K) Rectifying/ Checking the healthiness of all protection relays communication to SCADA.(L) Rectifying/ Checking the healthiness of printer, CPU, Monitor, Mouse & UPS of SCADA. (M) Checking & re-arranging of all required events, alarms, numerical DATA, status and signals to SCADA from various bays & feeders. (N) Checking, re-arranging & updating/adding new bays in SLD of S/S to SCADA screen (O) Checking the all required operation it equipments from SCADA.(P) Configuration of Ethernet switches if required.(Q) Configuration Modem for communication.(R) Configuration of RTU to do healthy communication (S) Configuration/Re installation of new updated backup and windows. (T) Installation of quick heal total security regular anti-virus for SCADA desktop. (U) Replacing the defective Dry type 12 Volt Battery set for UPS ( Repaing the defective 12 volt UPS system.
