Carriage of 400 KV Pantograph Isolators including all accessories like MOM Boxes, Rotary Insulators, support Insulators etc. from 400 KV S/S Kasara-Mau to 400 KV S/S Panki. (Distance approx. 450 Km.)

Complete dismantling of Old 400 KV Pantograph Isolators alongwith gear-box assembly, support Insulators, operating rod, MOM boxes etc. after opening of connectors, disconnecting of earthing strips, disconnection of control wiring carefully. The work also includes safely shifting all the dismantled equipments from switchyard to central store and proper stacking as per directions.

Shifting from Central Store to 400 KV Switchyard and Erection of 400 KV Pantograph Isolator as per instruction manual and technical specification on existing base structure after proper modifications to the base (if required) to suit the new isolator. The work incudes installation of all associated parts and accessories such as support Insulators, gear-box assembly, arms operating rod, MOM boxes and other such accessories as may be required for proper operation of the Isolator. Proper care has to be taken during installation to avoid any damage to any equipment. Laying and termination of control cables for interconnection between R,Y & B Phase and termination of old control cables in control cubicles and marshalling box by providing and fixing proper ferrules and lugs as per drawing for proper control and operation of Isolator is to be done under the supervision of site Incharge.
