Complete evacuation of 160 MVA T/F-I main tank and filling of Dry Air/ Dry Nitrogen of dew point -500 C or better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25Kg/cm2 and again evacuating the Transformer Tank after required time interval (approx. 12/24 Hrs) using centrifuging machine. The work shall include connecting pipe of machine as required and measuring Due Point values of N2 after every cycle till the required value is achieved. Dew point meter shall be arranged by the contractor.The above work involves minimum 3 Cycle of evacuation and 03 cycle of N2 filling and if results are not in order then 01 more cycle of evacuation of and N2 filling will be done by the contractor by performing the the Vacuum stand test. The scope of work involves creating the vacuum inside the 160MVA TF-I upto -760mm of Hg for evacuation of moisture from core & winding & maintaining the pressure at least for 48/72 Hrs.
