Following work are to be carried out at 220KV Sub-Station, Sitapur:- Overhauling of each pole mechanism assemblies of 245KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (each breaker having three pole assembly.) The job includes overhauling of control assembly, opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti pumping assembly, opening & cleaning of motor charging system, Checking all auxiliary contacts, cylinder shock absorber, closing damper etc. and adjustment of all type of gaps, cleaning & greasing of levers, connecting rods, cam, disc cam and other parts, opening of different mechanism assembly for rectification of wear & tear along with rectification/repairing (whatever required) of rollers and linking of mechanism assembly, checking of motor limit switch, Auxiliary contactors, Power contactors and all electrical connections and tightening them replacing them if required, replacement of 'O' rings and brazing of gas pipe assembly of the mechanism, ensuring satisfactory operation of breaker from local and remote, testing of closing, triping time alongwith contact resistance measurement of ilisted below 220KV Breaker at 220KV Sub-Station, Sitapur. All skilled service engineers, materials and T&P required for satisfactory completion of job is to be provided by contractor.
