Making of Shielding Mesh for 3nos. 132KV LA by Fabrication of 06nos 3 Meter Long Electrode with 40 mm dia. M.S. Rod having 150 mm Long Conical Shape and then its Piercing Vertically in the Ground with top 500 mm below Ground Level, its Welding with 75x10 mm size M.S. Flat for Making of Shielding Mesh for LAs and Finally, Connecting the Shielding with Main Earth Mat at 2 Places and finally Painting with Black Anti-Corrosive Paint, with due Digging of Earth / Trench, its Back Filling. Two no risers of 75x10mm MS Flat will be welded with exixting main earth mat to Auxiliary structure, one separate riser will be taken from the laid earth mat to corresponding LA through surge counter for making of proper mesh.

Excavation of trench in rectangular shape around LA structures for Diamond earthing for 03Nos 30KV LA by fabrication of 06nos 3 Meter Long Electrode with 40 mm dia. M.S. Complete Evacuation of Main Tank of the Transformer and filling of Dry Nitrogen / Dry Air of Dew Point -50C or better in Vaccuum upto Pressure of0.25Kg/cm2 and the again Evacuating the Transformer Tank after Required time interval(approx. 12Hrs) using Centrifuging Machine. The scope of work involves Measuring Due point values of N2 after every cycle till the required values achieved.

Outside complete Spray painting of above 40MVA T/F-I including its Main Tank, Main/OLTC Conservator Tanks, Radiators, Headers, associated Pipe Lines, Support Structures, Marshalling Box etc. with one coat of red oxide primer and then applying two coats of standard make Asian/Burger/Nerolac smoke gray synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality at the gap of 48Hrs. Interval each after proper cleaning of rust, dirt & oily surface with rinsing chemical, scratching with wire brush including cost of material,labours and T&Ps as per tech. specification.
