Stringing of various main and jack bus of 33 KV with different type conductor and different length of span mention below including fitting of tension clamp hoisting of insulators cutting of conductor and also shifting of all material form store to work site and all other associated works required for completion of job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Making of new jumpers of 33KV C.B., C.T., PT and Isolator by the single Panther conductor with cutting bending and shaping of conductor along with shifting of material from site store to work place.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments/marshalling boxes/junction box etc. in switchyard as per cable schedule, their saddling at every 750mm distance with M.S. saddles of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back the remaining material to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required. Cutting, straightening bending & laying 800mm below inside ground and above ground of following size M.S. flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure etc. including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed excavation of trenches, its back filling, painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily excluding the cost of M.S. flat.

Sorting/counting/stacking erection mark wise and proper loading of GI substation structure (ALP,ABL,CCM,CGM) etc. in trucks / trailor at EFU Nainy Alahabad and Safe carriage of loaded structure from EFU Nainy Allahabad to 132 KV S/S Sonkh Road Under ETD Mathura. App. 600 Km and Unloading of carriage structure from the trucks/trailor at 132KV Sonkh Road Under ETD Mathura. Its sorting, counting and proper stacking at the S/S premises as per direction of supervisory engineer to complete the job satisfactorily.

Erection of capacitor bank unit (1X5 MVAR) by erecting its structure with the help of post insulators, Nut and bolts and then fixing of cells properly and jumpering between each cells and all other associated works required for completion of job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer.

Preparation of Inter connection/wiring diagram and cable schedule as per drawing to complete the job of cable termination of capacitor bank completely

Providing and fixing new generation energy saving and enviournemnt friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium out door high beam flood light with high power 120W LEDs as light source and exclusively design poly carbonate cover satisfying IP65 standard alongwith electronic driver and complete fitting including GI pipe, clamp for round pole or GI structure, suitable for 220 V AC supply make CGL/Havells/Philips and Providing and fixing of junction box of 16 SWG MS sheet duly painted having size 150x150x200mm for above light on bottom of main structure or pole with the help of clamps junction box contain 01 No., 6Amp single pole MCB (L&T/Havells/Schneider make), 01 No. link and cable gland etc. as per specification and Laying, dressing and termination of contorl cable for the light with the help of clamps vertically on the gentry and all other associated to complete the work.

Laying of 4x2.5/6x2.5 sqmm PVC cable 50cm. Blow the ground level in PVC conduct pipe afler exavation and back fitling including all labor PVC pipe etc and All other associated work to complete the job satisfaclory as per direction of supervising Engineer.

Laying of 2x2.5 Sqmm PVC cable from fitting to junction box inside the collomn and All other associated work to complete the job satisfactory as per direction of supervising Engineer.

Carriage of various items just like MS Flat, MS Round, or any other necessary item available in other store of different substation under ETD, Mathura to erection site of 2x10 MVAR Capacitor Bank at 132 KV S/S Sonkh Road.

SCADA Integration work of 33 KV 2x10 MVAR capacitor bank BAY Work includes supply and fixing patch cord and laying connecting cable to smooth operation of scada operation of equipment from SCADA to complete the job satisfactorily

Checking Repairing and Restoration of (Siemens Make) SAS based protocol installed at 132 KV S/S Sonkh Road. Details of work are given below Checking of system hardware and communication issue for smooth operation of existing system. The work contains replacement of damaged system hard drive by new SATA SSD HARD DRIVE for Server-2 and Gateway-2 as per existing specification of system. Important data from damaged drive is to be removed if required. Installation of new Genuine Window operating software on both system is to be done. Installation of all drivers for system as required to restoration of SAS. All software related to Power Automation System (PAS servers) and gateway are to be installed. Configuration/Programming for restoration of Server in IEC 61850 Client base protocol to be done. Network topology configuration for checking the healthiness of BCUs &Relays Installation and Configuration/Programming of software under based protocol in gateway. Providing & replacement of 06 no 12V Sealed Lead Acid Battery 12V, 28Ah of exid make.

Providing and fixing retro reflective sign board of size 3ftx2ft made out of 2mm thick alluminium sheet ,face to fully covered 3M DG cubre retro reflective sheet to green color the letter and shymbols shall be coumpute cut and in white color . Board is to be supplied along with the back support from of size 35x35 x5 mm & two legs for grouting . Backside of alluminium sheet shall be painted with stove enamel black paint . Language for writing will be provided by the department (UPPTCL)

Supply of Bolted type bus bar tension fitting suitable for ACSR Panther conductor made of LM-6 alloy Complete with ball eye socket and ‘D’ shackle single phase type turn buckle in all respect.

Supply of P.G. clamp made of LM-6 alloy along with Galv. nut, bolt & washer suitable for Panther to Panther conductor.

Supply of P.G. clamp made of LM-6 alloy along with Galv. nut, bolt & washer suitable for Moose to Panther conductor.

Supply of tinned copper bonad size 15x550 mm long made of 12 mm multi stranded rope type 450 mm long should be joined together and cramped with copper lug (20 mm hole) on both ends as per sample.

Supply of Earthing /Discharge rod of first class insulation for system voltage upto 400 KV having total height as 7200 mm( 24')one set consisting following items. (a) Earthing pole 6.5 Mtr long in four pieces made of epoxy bonded glass fiber.
