The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successful execution of works, with proof of successful operation of a certain quantum of works. The bidder must upload copies of relevant Work Orders along with Handing Over and Taking over Certificate or Client certified copies of Completion Certificate. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Work Orders/LOA (including detailed bill of quantity for supply & erection works) * Commissioning and Operational Certificate/Handing Over and Taking Over Certificate/Client Certified copies of completion certificate in respect of the work orders furnished as above * Performance Certificate in respect of the work orders furnished as above However, specific values and percentages of similar works completed are not mentioned, except that the bidder should have a Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of not less than the estimated cost of the package(s)/works, and liquid assets and Un-Utilized credit facility of not less than 15% of the estimated cost of the package(s)/works. The MAAT shall be the average of the best three financial years turnover out of the last five/four financial years preceding the year of NIT. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have: * A MAAT of at least 100% for a single entity, 100% for a JV/Consortium as a whole, at least 20% for the lead partner of the JV/Consortium, and at least 20% for other partner(s) of JV/Consortium. * Liquid assets and Un-Utilized credit facility of not less than 15% of the estimated cost of the package(s)/works. The available bid capacity is calculated as [(2 x A) – (0.5 x B) – C)], where A = Highest Project Related Annual Turnover of the Bidder on Standalone Basis, B = Total Order Value of Ongoing Work/LOAs, and C = Package(s)/Works finalized but yet to be awarded in favour of the Bidder. The available bid capacity should be equal to or more than the tendered estimated price.
