Dismantling of frier of Big zinc kettle stacking of old fire bricks at a place near to drier. Cleaning of garbage and then Reconstruction of driver by fire bricks (old and new as required) wall inside and norrmal bricks from outside including fixing of 20 mm. round bar in size along with fixing of angle frame on the outside edge to complete the drier.

Repairing of Acid tank and Flux tank with A.R.Bricks sodium Liquinite and Hard coke pitch the work involve removing of A.R. Bricks stacking of old bricks at place near the tank. Clearing of tank. Clearing of tank. Reconstruction of wall by new & old bricks and fixing them with A.R. cement, Powdering the Liquid, Hard coke pitch between wall and bricks to ensure the leak proof operation. The each tank & over the plate form of CC work. Framing of wall with M.S. angle to keep the wall intact and coating with sand fine mortar and cement over the platform.
