Providing and fixing of IP-55 compatible, 3 phase 415 volt, 240W, 50 Hz, 450 mm sweep with 1350 RPM respectively, ‘F’ class insulation, heavy duty, ISI marked, transformer cooling fan of Almonard/CGL /Marathon make suitable for outdoor T/F cooling with guard mesh suitable for 40 MVA T/F-I and T/F-II at 132 KV Sub-Station Odpura. The work includes fabrication or repairing of cooling fan structure of MS channel 150x50x5mm and MS angle 75x75x5mm suitable for mounting on T/F radiators if required; including measuring, cutting, drilling, welding of MS channel/angle. The scope of work also includes dismantling of old defective cooling fans from radiators of Transformer and fixing/mounting of frame and new cooling fans on fabricated structure. Wiring and all associated work to complete the job safely and satisfactorily. All skilled labour, tools, special T&P, electric welding machine, MS Channel, angle, nuts & bolts with washers and other consumable items required during the above work shall be provided by contractor.

Providing and fixing of 10Amp., 3 Pole MCB, 'C' Curve Havells/Schneider/ABB make at 40 MVA T/F-I (BHEL make) marshling box at the place of Kitkat fuse with complete wiring.
