Erection of equipments in proper alignment and with complete adjustment in switchyard on the erected structures as per manufacturers drawing or as per direction of supervising engineer, after leveling including shifting the equipments from store to working site etc. along with their junction boxes, control cubicles, accessories, etc and all related works to complete the work including cost of all labour ,T&P, Craine/Hydra.

Opening of trench covers, Laying and dressing of following size control cable on the cable racks in trenches from Control and Relay panel to various equipments for AC/DC connection of C.B, C.T., CVT/PT, Isolators, junction boxes including Shifting of Cable Drums from store to Erection Site & Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores again placing back the opened trench covers including cost of all labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work. (Control cable will be provided by Department)

Making Cable Schedule and Termination of various sizes above laid Control Cables as per cable schedule and interconnection diagram, Extending D.C. Supply from DCDB and A.C. Supply from ACDB to Control Panels & Equipment including Drilling of Holes wherever required, fixing of perforated cable tray, Providing & Fixing of different size Cable Glands, Ferrules & Crimping type Lugs including cost of all required skilled Technician, T&P for proper completion of work.

Earthing of following Main, Auxiliary Structure, Equipment with the help of 75x10/50x6 mm & 25x6 mm size M.S. Flat along with cutting, straightening, bending, laying and Painting of all type of joints, risers, Strips with one coat of Red Oxide and two coat of Green enamel paint in all side of surface as per Drawing of earthing and standard practice including cost of all required consumable material T&P, labour etc. for proper completion of work. (MS Flat provided by department)

Making Delta earthing of 120KV LA by consisting of fabrication of 06 Nos., 3Mtr. long electrode of 40/32mm dia having 150mm long conical shape and connected all 06 nos. electrode with 75x10mm M.S. flat laid on its edge and then this rectangle/triangle shape to be connected to as per drawing/technical specifications

Making and dragging out of Vertical/Horizontal jumpers from equipments to equipments and vertically from Line to Main/Transfer Bus Bar with ACSR Moose/Panther conductor, fitting of suitable clamps including cutting, bending and straightening of conductor to give the proper shape. All required skilled labour, T&P shall be arranged by the contractor for proper completion of work. (conductor and clamps will be provided by department free of cost)

Shorting, Shifting and loading of MS Flat of Size 25x6,50x6 weight Approx. 1.0MT on truck with the help of labour at the store of 220KV S/S Shahjahanpur.Carraige of above material from 220KV S/S Shahjahanpur to 13KV S/S Jalalabad (Approx. Distance- 40Km). Unloading of above material at the store of 132KV S/S Shahjahanpur

For pilfer proof metering of 33 KV Kilaj Solar Bay (Independent Feeder) at 132 KV S/S Jalalabad following works are required to be done.-

Removal of Trench Covers from trenches for laying of 2” & 1” dia GI Pipe (wherever respectively required ) ISI mark alongwith laying of various size Cable through GI Pipes as per Cable Schedule on Cable Racks along the wall of Cable Trenches with the help of Hook, Clamp etc and also providing Elbow, Sockets wherever required and other associated works, such as cutting, making threads for fitting sockets/elbows, dressing etc. work. Earthing of Laid GI pipe at each end by welding with Cable racks by Spot welding at two points and painting of welded point to be done at spot with Zinc Paint. Also making Termination including all internal connection at each Equipment on both ends as per instruction of supervising engineer including correct ferruling as per drawing on each Core of cable. Control cable will be fully covered by GI Pipe upto Termination point of both ends. After completion of work placement of all the Trench Cover is to be done. All required Labour, Electrician, T&P, Welding material, Paint GI Pipes, Sockets elbow, Ferrule, etc. will be arranged by the Contractor himself at his own cost. Only Power Cable will be provided by Department free of cost.
