Proper, safe & complete erection of 245 KV spring charge based circuit breaker on fabricated/retrofitted structure with all 03 poles & entire CB mechanism by using hydraulic crane on 220 KV transfer bus coupler bay at 220 KV S/S Hardoi. This work include shifting of CB from S/S store, fixing on base structure as per drawing/manual, fitting of all 03 linkage poles, pipe line of SF-6 gas for all poles assembly etc. up to completion of works satisfactorily.

Commissioning of 245 KV SF-6 CB by deputing service engineer as per requirement. This work include fixing of SF-6 linkage pole pipe in each pole properly, filling of SF-6 gas in CB pole, to check opening & closing time of CB and all associated works up to completion of job satisfactorily. (All tools & testing devices will be provided by agency).

Proper and safe cable termination on 220 KV spring charge based circuit breaker for smooth protection of 245 KV TBC bay at 220 KV S/S Hardoi including proper ferruling with required T&P for completion of work as per drawing. This job includes making required supply and fixing of Ferule of appropriate size and no., respectively for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. Contractor will arrange all required ferrules, labor, lug, cable gland and T&P at his own cost.

Proper & safe double side earthing of circuit breaker mechanism & each pole assembly by using 75x10 sqmm. MS flat along by using proper wielding and connecting MS round bar by digging ground. This work also include two coat painting by red oxide primer and then by two coat of green Asian Paint. (Supply of 75x10 sqmm. MS flat will provided by contractor).

Overhauling of each pole mechanism assemblies of ABB make 245 KV SF- circuit breaker. The job includes overhauling of control assembly, opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti pumping assembly. Opening and closing of motor charging system, cylinder shock absorber, closing damper etc. and adjustment of all type of gaps, cleaning & greasing of levers, connecting rods, cam. Disc. and other parts. opening of different mechanism assembly for rectification of wear and tear alongwith repairing (whatever required) of rollers & linking of mechanism assembly, checking of motor limit switch, auxiliary contactors, power contractors and all electrical connections and tightening them replacing then if required, replacement of 'O' rings and brazing of gaps pipe assembly, of the mechanism, ensuring satisfactory operation of breaker from and remote. testing of closing , tripping time alongwith contact resistance measurement of 220 kv breaker at 220 kv sub-station, Hardoi, all skilled service engineer, materials and T&P required for satisfactory completion of job is to be provided by contractor.

To attend and rectification of SF6 gas leakage from pole units of 245 kv SF6 GE make circuit breaker of 245 KV TBC bay at 220 KV S/S, Hardoi. The work consist of:-

To Identify SF6 Gas Leakage With the Help of SF-6 Gas Leakage Detector.

Dismantle identify pole unit from breaker structure by help of crane.

Dismantle all components of Pole Unit and Replace All ‘O’ ring / Gas kit by Applying anabond 661 (gas sale out) After through cleaning of part.

Re- Assemble the all parts of pole unit.

Apply Vacuum and keep it 24 Hours & Check no Loss of Vacuum.

Erection of Pole unit into the Structure Help of crane.

Fill Sf6 Gas upto Specified Value.

Check Satisfactory Close / Trip Operation Both By Local and Remote.

Carriage of 36KV/145 KV 11 Nos. PT with the help of private vehicle from 220 KV Sub-station, Hardoi to 132 KV Sub- station, Sandila (05 Nos.), Baghauli (01 No), Bharawan (1 No.), Asha (02 Nos.), 220 KV Mallawan (02 Nos.) (dist. approx-285 Km.) including loading and unloading at each substation with the help of hydra/labour/T&P (shall be provided by contractor)

Carriage of 36 KV/ 145 KV 09 Nos. CT with the help of private vehicle from 132 KV Sub-station, Shrimau to 132 KV Sub- station, Sandila (02 Nos.), Hardoi (01 No.), Shahabad (01 No.) Bharawan (01 No.), 220 KV Mallawan (04 Nos.) (dist. approx-350 Km.) including loading and unloading at each substation with the help of hydra/labour/T&P (shall be provided by contractor).

Replacement of 132 KV CT/PT with all cost of required T&P, skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost

Dismantling of 132 KV CT/PT after opening of its both side jumpers, earthing & cable termination etc. include shifting dismantled material from site to store

Erection of new 132 KV CT/PT including shifting of new 132 KV CT/PT from site the works also includes jumpering from both side, earthing and cable termination.

Following works are need to be done for replacement of old and obsolete 145 KV CGL make (Mfg. 1986) SF-6 Compressor type circuit breaker installed on HV bay of 63 MVA T/F-I at 132 KV Sub-station, Hardoi.:-

Dismantling of old and obsolete 145 KV CGL make Circuit Breaker on HV bay of 63 MVA T/F-I by disconnecting AC, DC and control cables, opening of nut, bolts, jumpers, earthing and all linkage poles alongwith copper pipe of SF-6 Gas of all 3 poles, compressors, mechanism housing and GI structures safely with the help of Hydra. The work also includes shifting of all dismantled material from site to storage place with all associated works to complete the job safely as instructed by Engineer incharge.

Erection of new 145 KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breaker on HV bay of 63 MVA T/F-I. The work includes carriage of 145 KV CB with all accessories from storage place to site with the help of Hydra after unpacking all poles from crates. Fixing of supporting structure after opening protection covers, fixing of interrupting units as per drawing / manual, checking level of all 3 poles with level meter then connecting all mechanical linkage, connecting Gas pipe, filling of SF-6 Gas (to be provided by department). The work also includes all the modification require for fixing base legs of new CB with the help of welding machine and other T&P safely.

Termination of Control cable and its laying (if required, cable to be provided by department) as per drawing with proper glanding for operation of CB including checking of protection tripping and close & trip in both local & remote mode.

Providing & fixing of MS flat 50x10mm for connection of earthing and its painting with one coat red oxide primer & two coat of synthetic enamel green colour paint. Connection of all jumpers & clamps on both sides including its replacement if required to complete the job safely in all respect.
