First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

TMT/Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

Fixing and grouting 25 mm and below dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only) .

Provinding & Fixing of Ancor Fastner Wedge type (20 mm dia 150 mm long) including supply of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & three part of coarse sand (1:3), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & three part of coarse sand (1:6), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying floor of 8 mm thick vitrified tiles in flooring or skirting of approved brand (Bell, Johnson or equi. make) size of 600x600 mm of approved shade, colour and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Same as Item-10 above but for providing and fixing 8 mm thick vitrified tiles in flooring or skirting with adhesive of approved quality on existing smooth floor including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of 16 mm thick granite in chajja & sides of window's at 7th floor Shakti Bhawan (Hq) Building of approved shade, colour,size and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite floor including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work, as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

Same As in item 13 above but for every coat after first coat.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint up to 7th floor level on new wall surfaces (well prepared with Birla putty and one coat of primer ICI or equivalent which shall be paid separately) including through washing with water including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint up to 7'th floor level on Previously Painted surfaces (well prepared with Birla putty and one coat of primer ICI or equivalent which shall be paid separately) including through washing with water including cost of repair of surface , all materials, jhula, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work.

Same as in Item No 17 above but for every coat of additional APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint .

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) up to 7'th floor level over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint on Previously panted surface up to 7'th floor level (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) on old Surface surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in item no. 20 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work, including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-Incharge within a distance of 60 metres.

Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer In-charge within a distance of 60 metres.

Supply of Labour For Dismentaling of door ,Railing Carrige malba and extra Dismentaling work as requird.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Disposal of rubbish / debris out side the UPPCL area as per direction of Er/in- charge including cartage, labour and materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (No. deduction for voids shall be made).

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever requiredincluding cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts.

Rough cast plaster upto 25 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and cluding the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm ment plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Providing and applying Sikadur-52 LP IN/Conbextra EP10 or equivalent chemical, a two part, solvent-free, low viscosity injection-liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin, according to specification. The epoxy injection system must have a mixed density of 1.1 kg/l at +27°C and the viscosity of ~250 mPas at +30°C. The epoxy injection should have following minimum physical properties: Compressive Strength according to ASTM C 579 at +30°C in 7 days should be ≥ 70 N/mm2; Tensile Strength should be ~ 50 N/mm2 after 7 days at +30°C according to ASTM D 638; Bond Strength to concrete according to ASTM C 882 should be ~7.5 N/mm2 after 2 days at +30°C & ~10.8 N/mm2 after 14 days at +30°C; Flexural strength according to ISO 178 at +30°C in 7 days should be ~50 N/mm2; Tensile Modulus should be ~2000 N/mm2 after 7 days at +30°C according to ASTM D 638; Tensile Elongation ~1.9 % according to ASTM D 638; Water absorption should be ~0.6 % after 24 hours water immersion according to ASTM D 570; Material should not shrink as per ASTM C 883. The manufacturer must be an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified and valid certificates must be produced as proof.

Supply and apply a stitched, one directional, high strength CFRP fabric SikaWrap® 230C/Nitrowrap GW or equivalent chemical in single layer over cloumns as per specification after surface preparation by rounding off sharp edges to 25 mm radius and cleaning it properly including thixotropic epoxy based impregnating resin / adhesive Sikadur®-330 for low density fabric for base and top coat. Wrapping the CFRP fabric to girders at desired orientation using tamping rollers to avoid any air voids etc. and sprinkling sand over it as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-incharge. CFRP product used shall have minimum requirements: tensile strength (nominal) = 3800N/mm2; tensile E – modulus = 2.5 KN/mm2; elongation at break (nominal): 1.8%; fabric design thickness = 0.131 mm.

Supply & Concrectring of Micro Coccrecte M-40 Grade Dr/Sikka or Equivalent make including cost of Centaring & Suttering including supply of all material labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Cementitious overlay over the SikaWrap®fabric and protective coating,Supply and apply additional layer of Sikadur®-330/Nitrowrap 40 or equivalent chemical resin must be applied over final laminating layer (max. 0.5 kg/m2) and broadcast whilst still wet with Sikadur®-501 quartz sand,which will improve the adhesion of the overlay If a coloured coating is to be applied, the ‘wet’ Sikadur®-330 surface can also be smoothed with a brush.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Supply & Fixing of Protection Green Net including supply of all material labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 143 x 57 mm having built in rebate made out of 16 SWG G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/sqm) duly filled with vermuculite based concrete mix, suitable for mounting 60 minutes fire rated door shutters. The frame is fitted with intumuscent fire seal strip of size 10x4 mm (minimum) alround the frame and fixing with dash fastener of approved size and make, including applying a coat of approved brand fire resistant primer etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Dash fastener to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 50 mm thick glazed fire resistant door shutters of 60 minutes fire rating conforming to IS:3614 (Part-II), tested and certified as per laboratory approved by Engineer-in-charge, with suitable mounting on door frame, consisting of vertical styles, lock rail, top rail 100 mm wide, bottom rail 200 mm wide, made out of 16 SWG G.I.sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m2) duly filled FR insulation material and fixing with necessary stainless steel ball bearing hinges of approved make, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels & partitions etc., with G.I. beading made out of 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m²) of size 20 x 33 mm screwed with M4 x 38 mm SS screws at distance 75 mm from the edges and 150 mm c/c , including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer/powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape of 5 x 20 mm size etc complete in all respect as per NBC 2016, IS 16231 (Part 3):2016 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with glass of required thickness having 60 minutes of fire resistance both integrity & radiation control (EW60) and minimum 20 minutes of insulation (EI20). The manufacturer have to give test report/certification of fire glass and the glass should have the stamp showing the value of E, EW & EI. The glass shall be tested in approved NABL accredited lab or by any other accreditation body which operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibration scopes shall be eligible. The maximum glazing size shall not be more than 1100x2200 mm (w x h) or 2.42 sqm.
