RCC work with cement approved coarse sand (F.M.1.8 to 2.5) and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast in proportion 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including cost of all materials, binding wire, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work ( binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost).

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand F.M.1.8 to 2.5) mortar in S.S.including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Brick work in super structure for 230 mm thick wall with old dismantled bricks (supplied by department free of cost) and coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 to 2.0 mortar in 1:6 including supply of all other materials, labour, removing mortar & cleaning of old & used bricks,T&P etc complete.

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

Steel or Iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured. (steel shall be arranged by the contractor.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part cement and six part of coarse sand (1:6) minimum thickness not to be less than 10 mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of 8 mm thick vitrified floor tiles of approved brand (bell, Johnson or equi. make) in size of 600x600 mm of approved shade, colour and pattern as approved by Engineer incharge with adhesive of approved quality on existing smooth floor including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and Laying 6 mm thick glazed tiles of size 300x450 mm in skirting / dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete,including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. completion required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in item No-11 above but for every coat after first coat.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly birla putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in Item No-15 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metres.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Repair to plaster or pointing in patches including removal of old plaster racking out joints to 1 cm.(3/8") depth,watering the area and then replastering or reappointing with the same mortar or proportion of mortar as the existing surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

Disposal of rubbish / debris out side the UPPCL area as per direction of Er/in- charge including cartage, labour and materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (No. deduction for voids shall be made).

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing CP Nahani Trap India make of heavy approved quality complete with CI grating, including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing 100 mm. dia C.P. grating over Nahani Trap or drain holes including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

Providing and laying SWR, PVC ( Finolex or quivalent ) pipe including cost of excavation, C.C. etc including its jointing and connection, all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work 110 mm dia.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densifiedr Armstrong false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 x12 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as perBS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile,rotary stiched double webbed white with 6 SUB HEAD : 26-NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS 1632 mm reveal profile white/black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Providing ,making & fixing 0.45 m depth wooden cabinet as per drawing from seasoned wood of 19 mm ,12mm comm ply the final surface of Both Side to be finished with 1mm thick Mica Gorove to be painted or polished including cost of all Fitting(ie Lock,Handle etc), materials,labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work approved design by E/I. )

Providing& making & fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing from claded with 12mm water proof & Fire Retardent ply & final surface to be finised with 5.5 mm thick MDF & 1mm Laminate complete with painted or polished as per the approved desin all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by E/I .

Supply and fixing brass polished200mm Door handle set with Lock Body 1CK(NEH 06) Godrej or Equivalent make its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of Godrej make brass polished hydraulic door closure of approved make & quality its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & Fixing / Fabrication of Table of size (W 1100X D 700 X H 750) MM The table top 75mm thick with veneer finished round edeges the padestal is movable.Model No NUMERO-7 Geeken make or equvalent as approved by E/I.
