Providing Security Guard (Skilled Category) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Note: 1. Bidders are advised to quote rates on the basis of minimum wages of UP Govt vide GO No 2-9/Prawartan/ MW/ 15 dated 03.04.2023 w.e.f 01.04.2023 for Security Guard and Security Supvr and minimum wages of Central Govt vide GO No 1/5(6)/2023/LS II dated 03.04.2023 w.e.f 01.04.2023 ( without arms as per A classification) for Security Officer since security officer are to deployed having 5 years of experience in relevant field. 2. Bidders are further advised to quote rates inclusive of all 'statutory obligations' like minimum wages, EPF @ 13% & ESI@3.25%, reliever charges for weekly off/NH ( 55 days per year), leave component (21 days per year), Bonus @ 8.33%, Gratuity @4.81% etc in column 6 and other obligations like Service charges (Contractor profit, supervisory charges & other overheads) along with Dress allowance@ Rs 250 per month, Washing allowance @ Rs 70 per month , Conveyance allowance @ Rs 500.00 per month etc. to security personnel in column 7. 3. Goods & Services Tax (GST) amount as applicable as per prevalent rule shall be paid extra on the above BOQ amount . 4. Bidder shall ensure to provide Bonus, Gratuity, Dress allowance, Washing allowance and Conveyance allowance to security personnel as per entitlement and direction of Engineer-in-charge and also comply all conditions/obligations as mentioned in Tender Documents. 5. Quoted rates below 'statutory obligations' shall be treated non responsive and their offer shall be summarily rejected.
