The required prior work experience for the bidder is 1 year of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years with specific conditions, including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the work experience criteria can be fulfilled by completing "similar works" with a value of: - Not less than Rs. 3.36 Crore for one "similar work" - Not less than Rs. 2.10 Crore for two "similar works" - Not less than Rs. 1.68 Crore for three "similar works". The value of work done shall be updated to the ending last date of the previous month of submission end date of the tender price level, assuming an inflation rate of 5% per annum calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening.
