C.C. with 20 mm gauge down graded stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 2.9 to 3.2) and cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up 1.5 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the sides of foundation trenches as directed by the E/I for proper completion of work.

II-(Leakage Repair, From Item No - 6 To 11) Providing and injecting approved Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/ pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make.

Attending minor type work for helper of welder for removing trash rack and refixing of trash rack and other non-measurable miscellaneous works by engaging labour for full day including all T&P etc. complete.

Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage (Rate as per A.O.R. Enclosed))

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of ilding/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.,complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works

Hiring charges of welding machine for 8 hrs services in a day or part as per requirement for attending minoor type welding work as and where required as per direction of E/I

Attending to petty maintenance welder sevices with one no. welder with one no. Helper per hour or part of an hour.

III- (Painting, From Item No - 12 To 15)Repair of plaster in patches upto one sqm. area including removal of old plaster, cleaning the same thoroughly and racking out joints to 1 cm depth watering the area and then replastering with 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar and disposal of rubbish outside corporation area including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Attending minor type work like cleaning of roof terrace works and sun shades and other non-measurable miscellaneous works by engaging labour for full day including all T&P etc. complete.

Painting of one coat with Asian Apex Ultima weather or equivalent brand weather coat paint but for on perviously treated surface.

Painting of one coat with Asian Apex Ultima weather or equivalent brand weather coat paint on surface but for every additional coat.

Painting or Varnishing on previously painted old wood or steel work, one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint asian/berger or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing but for every coat after first coat.
