Assembly of all dismantled cover plates, chequred plate, PMG, dome, slip ring bracket, main exciter, top & bottom baffle plates, upper bracket etc. with replacement of damage nuts, Bolts with new HT nuts & bolts. The nuts and bolts shall be arranged by contractor. For proper tightening whenever required, tapping shall be done of the damage holes

Painting of inner and outer surface of generator of unit No. 2 and 3 during annual maintenance Scope of work-
(i) Proper scrapping and cleaning of all exposed surface area on which painting is to be done.
(ii) Single coat of primer and double coat of paint (different color Asian/burger make and A grade quality) shall be applied on the surface. Second cost shall be applied only after drawing out of first coat.

(a)Outer & inner surface area of Gen. cover =291m2
(b) Surface area of SES panel =20 m2
(c) Surface area of top of rotor = 63.59 m2
(d) Surface area of generator bus bar duct = 35.8 m2 (e) Surface area of the tiles on the perphery of generator = 113.2 m2
(e) Total surface area to be printed = 523.59 m2

Tightening of Nut & Bolts of support insulator of all three phases from Generator terminal to GT LV bushing after proper cleaning of 11 KV duct and support insulators of machine along with the painting of GT cubical equipments.

Part(B):- Replacement of all gasket, Overhauling of oil coolers and pumps, centrifuging of transformer oil of GT no.-2 and UAT no. 2 along with the painting of same at HOPS,Obra.

Drain out of transformer oil (qty. as per site requirement) from GT no. 2 to empty drums. Opening of jumpers of HV/LV ide bushing, removal of earthing from neutral bushing, dismantling of accessories and control cables as per site requirements including bushing, buchholz relay, oil pipeline from conservator tank to main tank etc of GT no. 2.
