The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the Bid Amount, which is Rs. 509.04 Lacs. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 50% of the Bid Amount. - Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the Bid Amount. The bidder should have experience of similar nature of work for at least Five years and should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The evidence of satisfactory execution of work should be produced, and the certificate of experience from the Engineer-in-charge of the work is required. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder must have experience of successful execution of work as stated and furnish at least Three Similar Nature Work proof.
