Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Commissioning & Testing of Main LT Panel. The panel will be totally enclosed type with, free standing, floor mounted, indoor duty, dust & vermin proof, , front operated, electrical panel fabricated from 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet as per specifications & drawing laid in this document and will be complete with the main and auxiliary bus bars, multiM, indication lamps, CT's, protection MCB, interconnection wiring, earth bus and will be powder coated finish with 50 micron thickness. Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. Supply and fixing of 2 metres high cage fabricated with 3mm thick expanded metal fixed on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame having vertical members spaced at 1 to 1.25 mts and horizontal members spaced at 1 mt. The vertical members shall be grouted in floor and horizontal members in the wall to a depth of 300mm with ends forked. The cage shall have 2000mm x 1000mm size one leaf door with locking device having door frame fabricated with 35mm x 35mm x 6mm angle iron and 3mm expanded metal duly fixed with the cage member with hinges etc. The cage shall be painted with red oxide primer and synthetic enamel paint. The job includes all materials, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
