Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete. also including cost of formwork in foundation (DSR 4.1.8)

Providing and laying in position specfied grade of reinforcement cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing & reinforcement. All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement,1.2 coarse sand zone-iii,3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. (Nominal size) (DSR 5.1.2)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 11.3.1 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (DSR 11.3.1)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.:Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. Centering,shuttering inluding strutting,proping etc. & removal of form for.Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. (DSR 5.9.1)

Centering,shuttering inluding strutting,proping etc. & removal of form for. Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. (DSR 5.9.3 )

Centering,shuttering inluding strutting,proping etc. & removal of form for. Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts. (DSR 5.9.6)

M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (DSR 6.1.2+AR)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) (DSR 6.13.2+6.14+AR)

Steel reinforcment for R.C.C work including strainghtening cutting bending placing in position & binding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo machanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (DSR 5.22.6)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) mortar including supply of all materils labour and T&P etc complete. (DSR 13.4.2)

12mm.Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. including supply of all materils labour and T&P etc complete. (DSR 13.9.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (DSR 13.46.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (DSR 13.80)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding (DSR 9.48.1)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture (DSR 13.48.3)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.62.1 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (DSR 13.62.1)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) (DSR 16.53)

Supply & Fixing 60 mm thick Precast cement concrete I-Shape interlocking paver block a with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. cement, Smooth high gloss finish skid reditant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression machanism. the compressive strength of concrere paver block shall not be less Than 30MPA ((M-30) AND weight 5kg per no confirming to IS;15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of material,labour, T& p etc. requried for proper completion of the work as directed by Enginner-in-charge. Providing and fixing unplasticised rigid- PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS 13592 type A including jointing with sealring conforming to IS 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expension single socket pipes 110 mm dia meter. (DSR 12.41.2)
