Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) ,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floors. D.S.R.4.1.8

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). in R.C.C. Raft foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works but in R.C.C. Raft foundation and footing with approved stone ballast. (Using 1:1.5:3 Mix concrete) DSR-5.1.2

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm Gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in COLUMN, excluding its fixing and binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including S/o all materials required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. Strength of conctrete not less than M-20, including all meterial, labour T&P requied for proper completion as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge DSR-5.2.2

Providing , Housting & fixing above plinth up to five floor precasted reinforcement concrete in moulding as in cornics, window sill etc , including fixing in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand ) cost of required centering shuttering but excuding the cost of reinforment with 1:1.5;3 ( 1 cement ,1.5 coarse sand excuding manufactured sand dirived by natural source. DSR 5.8A

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in anover all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. DSR-5.22.6

Finishing walls with water-proofing on cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, durrocem, robiacem, guttucem supercem quality and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coat) overone and including one coat white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials. DSR 13.44.1

Supply of M.S. Grill of a approved quality and dwaring made of flats iron not bigger then 20x4 mm or required size including sincluding supply of all materials, fabrication labour T & P and also one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge for proper completion of the work. DSR-10.25.2

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) DSR-16.53

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) one coat including all meterial, labour T&P reuied for proper completion as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge DSR-13.4.2
