The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least 7 years in similar fields. The bidder should have completed similar works with specific values and percentages, such as: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the bid value, - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the bid value, or - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the bid value. For works more than Rs. 200.00 lacs and above, the bidder should have: - One job not less than 80% of the bid value, or - Two works equal to 50% of the bid value, or - Three works equal to 40% of the bid value. Additionally, for works more than Rs. 50.00 lacs and above, the bidder should have experience of at least 50% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have an Average Annual financial turnover during the last three consecutive years of at least 50% of the estimated cost for works more than Rs.50.00 Lacs & above, and 12% of the bid value should be the liquid assets. The bidder should furnish proof of work experience for at least the last 7 years, supported by each year's experience certificates, and provide evidence of satisfactory execution of works in the last 7 years in government sectors. The experience certificates should be from the Engineer-in-Charge of the work, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should submit a certificate of experience, which includes details of similar works completed, such as the name of the work, total value, date of start, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and whether any compensation was levied for delay. The certificate should mention the amount of work done against the agreement if the tenderer submits the experience certificate of ongoing work. The bidder can also give an affidavit on Rs. 10.00 Stamp paper certifying that they have sufficient funds to execute the work. The financial position of the firm appears to be sound and they are capable of executing works in accordance with the specifications and within the specified time schedule. The dealings of the firm have been observed to be cordial and reasonable, and they are not litigious. The Tenderer must have on their payroll a Graduate Engineer and a Diploma Engineer for works more than Rs.100.00 Lacs & upto Rs. 300.00 Lacs.
